Charity Status

The Polkadot Library Inc. is a U.S. based 501 (c) (3) non-taxable charitable entity based in Washington, DC.
It is also registered under the Kenya Societies Act as a charitable branch in Kabarnet, Kenya. Our legal representative in the U.S. is Kutak Rock LLC in Washington DC and Cyrus Maina and Associates in Nairobi, Kenya. Polkadot Library also maintains a charitable license in D.C. , Virginia and Maryland. Visitors to Polkadot Library are admitted on government issued Visas and permanent visitors have active Kenyan work permit status.
